The Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (“NDPR”) was issued by NITDA on 25th January 2019 (and became effective July 2019) pursuant to Section 6 (a, c) of the NITDA Act, 2007, to address the need to safeguard, regulate and protect critical information infrastructure against breaches. From the effective date public and private organizations collecting, processing or Storing Personally Identifiable information of natural persons residing in Nigeria or residing outside Nigeria but of Nigerian descent are mandated to ensure compliance with the regulation with annual reporting to NITDA through Data Protection Compliance organizations (DPCO’s) approved by NITDA.

Our duties include gathering and organizing information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved, Interviewing personnel and conduct on-site observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed,Analyzing financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports,Developing solutions or alternative practices, Recommending new systems, procedures, or organizational changes, Making recommendations to management through presentations or written reports and Confering with managers to ensure that the changes are working.
We ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Projects are usually separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. We oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Our responsibilities include agreeing project objectives, representing the client's or organisation's interests, providing advice on the management of projects, organising the various professional people working on a project, carrying out risk assessment, making sure that all the aims of the project are met, making sure the quality standards are met, using IT or other systems to keep track of people and progress, recruiting specialists and sub-contractors, monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained, overseeing the accounting, costing and billing, reporting to the client or senior stakeholders on progress, evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with other organisations or project managers.
We assist with various administrative duties which includes data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties. To ensure success,we have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as,with and lead part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management.We work quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the Front Office team. Our Responsibilities include Performing market research, Gathering and processing research data, Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies, Assisting and coordinating with the sales team, Assisting the Front Office team, Assisting with inventory control, Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars, Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills, Assisting and supporting management.
